For the past 8 years, we’ve been a trusted partner for our client, successfully delivering thousands of high-quality referrals through volunteer and patient outreach campaigns for their Phase I clinics in both the UK and the USA. We have also contributed to numerous Phase III patient recruitment initiatives. Most recently, we designed and developed a multi-language consumer-facing website available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Korean.

Project Scope

A need to recruit post-menopausal women to participate in a first in-human clinical trial for a period of 5 months. The study drug is being developed to investigate the Pharmacokinetics of Midazolam after repeated doses of Camizestrant (AZD9833) and to Investigate the Pharmacokinetics of Camizestrant when administered alone and in combination with Carbamazepine female adults.

The Solution

Our team designed and developed a comprehensive set of digital assets for paid advertising across META and Google platforms, while fostering engagement with patient groups and advocates. This was complemented by a fully responsive website designed for patient interaction and referrals, plus tailored digital content and a custom-built dashboard for tracking campaign performance.

Our ongoing partnership sees us managing monthly recruitment campaigns across multiple international locations. These campaigns span various digital platforms, including social media and search engines, along with out-of-home (OOH) advertising to ensure a broad and effective reach. By continuously aligning with their long-term recruitment objectives, we have helped them achieve consistent success in attracting high-quality candidates.
